This collaboration combines the awesome location and experience of NGALA Private Reserve with a unique, interactive, unified teambuilding opportunity that allows for the immediate success of its participants. Best of all it requires no aptitude or physical ability.

As the guests begin to move into Ngala’s tent they notice there are handmade drums located on each of their teak and bamboo chairs. As they take their seats a few brave individuals will start beating away on their drums. Creating a rhythm…on their drum.

Then without a saying a word the facilitator gets up and starts to orchestrate the group with a repertoire of body language signals, bringing the group of entry-level musicians into perfect harmony!

In a drum circle, different rhythms are built in different sections, and then they are brought together, forming something greater than the sum of the parts.

This amazingly powerful exercise is only the beginning of an incredible experience. This unifying experience creates the perfect platform for teams to experience the power of all working together to achieve a common objective.

Group drumming is about sharing, communication, playing to the same beat, and making music together as a company. Drumming is the oldest form of teambuilding and it promotes verbal communication.
